Understanding Average Daily Membership

Welcome to the Average Daily Membership (ADM) Trends and Analysis portal. This utility tracks historical enrollment and attendance records across Utah charter schools to evaluate performance and eligibility thresholds for state programs.

ADM represents the average aggregate number of students actively enrolled and attending an institution over the course of an academic term. It is mathematically calculated using the following formula:

Credit Enhancement Program

Administered by the Utah Charter School Finance Authority (UCSFA), the Credit Enhancement Program provides qualifying Utah charter schools with access to significantly more favorable financing rates and enhanced bond pricing.

To achieve certification under this program, an applicant school must demonstrate operational stability by maintaining a sustained, 3-year consecutive ADM rate of 90% or greater. This dashboard is engineered to automatically audit and visualize these trend timelines.
